Buffalo Library

Buffalo’s public library was first opened in 1907 with about 300 books. Today it holds over 40,000 items and is part of the Great River Regional Library system of 32 branches where you can have access to countless books and resources. The location downtown high up on the shores of Buffalo Lake make reading and enjoying the view easy. With a digital library, wireless access and many programs for both children and adults, open every day but Sunday, you are sure to learn and connect!
