22nd Annual New London to New Brighton Antique Car Run, Saturday, August 9  Join the Wright County Car Club in welcoming the antique cars to Buffalo on August 9.  The vehicles start arriving at 11 am on the north side of Buffalo High School - they depart at 1 pm.  Everyone is invited to look at the cars and talk to the drivers and mechanics.  Lunch will be served in the school lunchroom and Bondo Bob will be spinning 30s and 40s music!  For more information, contact Bob at 763-682-3772 or Phil at 320-286-5606.

Buffalo Arts & Crafts Festival, Saturday, August 16, 9 am - 4 pm  Thousands of visitors will ascend on Buffalo on August 16 for the 25th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival.  Nearly 200 artists and crafters will set up shop in the streets and on the sidewalks of downtown Buffalo. A mirage of talent is displayed in the creations they offer during the Festival.  Be sure to invite your neighbors, friends and family to attend this one-day event - there will be food vendors as well!  For more information, call the Chamber at 763-682-4902.

Green Bean Open Golf Event, Monday, August 25, Wild Marsh Golf Course  Join us on August 25 for our summer fundraiser for the Buffalo Food Shelf.  Registration includes golf, 2 carts, box lunches, gift bags and an event t-shirt.  Registration and lunch are at noon, 1 pm shotgun start, and a social hour with awards and door prizes at 5:30.  Please register by August 15 online at www.buffalofoodshelf.com.  For more information, please call Marion O'Neill at 763-682-4348 or Jill Ask at 763-639-0904

Concerts in the Sturges Park - Every Thursday starting at 7 pm is a concert at the bandshell. The concerts will run through August. To see a concert schedule click here.

Buffalo Farmers Market Is Open Now through October The market is located in the parking lot across from Buffalo Cinema - the hours are 8 a.m. to noon, rain or shine, each Saturday morning through October.  For information, call Jim Lee at 320-558-2296.

Commuter Bus Service
The Clinic Cab Company is now offering commuter bus service from Buffalo/Rockford to Minneapolis along the Hwy. 55 corridor is available starting on September 5, 2006. Two inbound and two outbound routes are available Monday through Friday; seats must be reserved. Please phone Mary at (763) 235-2205 for further information.
