Celebrate the closing of Buffalo Days and Gear up for Grandma's by participating in the Buffalo Run 5k on Sunday, June 15 at 8:30 a.m. in Sturges Park. In honor of Father's Day, there will be a NEW Buffalo Run Kids fun run with two age groups and prizes for all—ages 6 and under and ages 7-12. Distances will be .25 mile and .5 mile respectively. This run will take place after the Buffalo Run 5k is complete.
Registration is $25 for the 5k and $10 for the kid fun run. Register online at www.midwestevents.com, then click on Events and scroll down to June 15 and you will see Buffalo Run 5k. You can also PRINT a registration form. Registration forms printed from this site can be dropped off or mailed (Buffalo Chamber, 9 Central Avenue, Buffalo, MN 55313) with payment to Buffalo Days.
Prizes for the 5k will be given to the top three finishers in each age bracket. (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+). A grand prize will be given to the overall top male and female.

7:30 a.m. Registration
8:30 a.m. Buffalo Run 5k begins
9:15 a.m. Approximate start time of the kid fun run (will begin at the end of 5k)
9:30 a.m. Awards
Course
Participants in the 5k will begin in Sturgis Park, run along the banks of Buffalo Lake and return back to the park where refreshments will be waiting. Kids will run the shorter version of the same route once the last 5k participant crosses the finish line.
