The City of Buffalo's Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) recently signed an agreement with the McComb Group, LTD. to conduct a retail market analysis of Buffalo businesses. The purpose of the study is to increase retail and service establishments in Buffalo. A letter was mailed to Buffalo businesses on March 28 inviting them to a meeting at City Hall on April 10, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. to hear more details and to ask them to participate in a customer survey.
