Downtown Economic Development - The City of Buffalo's Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) contracted McComb Group, LTD. to conduct a retail market analysis of Buffalo businesses in 2008. The goal of the study is to increase retail and service establishments in Buffalo.  Following are the final reports:
