Taste of Buffalo
The Chamber’s first “Taste of Buffalo,” held September 24, 2009 at the Civic Center, was a super-delicious success! Though some people tried, it was impossible to eat all the generous servings of great food, or sample the various wines and other beverages offered by the participating vendors, but it was fun trying!
The food and drink booth displays were appealing to the eye and the appetite. Prizes were awarded to vendors in two areas - “Innovative Food Creation” with Huikko’s Bison Creek Bar & Dining winning for their dill pickle soup - delicious! Crostini’s received the “Best Display” award - their booth was stunning! Congratulations!
