Deck the Halls

The event will start on December 2, 2010 and go through Saturday the 4th. There will be a month long calendar of the holiday events on the homepage.The holiday season in Buffalo kicks off in grand style as downtown Buffalo Decks the Halls with entertainment, decorations, and lights to brighten the spirits and streets of downtown Buffalo.

Businesses provide their favorite recipe on index cards called "Deck the Halls in Downtown Buffalo - 2010". Some of the businesses line up carolers, pianist, cellist, dancers and more to perform during the three-day event. The event culminates in Sturges Park for a two hour event that includes a bonfire, hot chocolate, cookies, Santa Claus, horse drawn carriage rides and caroling. The event ends when the Mayorlights the tree around 5 p.m.
