Buffalo Hospital Foundation's 2nd Annual Fishing Tournament, Saturday, September 20  The Buffalo Hospital Foundation's fishing tournament takes place on September 20 from 8 am - 1 pm on Buffalo Lake.  Registration and boat checks for the tournament begin at 6:30 am - entry fee is $100 per two-person team.  Winners receive a trophy and cash prizes.   To register, call 763-684-6800.  The tournament raises funds to support Project Lifesaver and Heart Safe Communities, two initiatives designed to save lives in Wright County.  Project Lifesaver uses state-of-the-art technology to track lost children and adults dealing with Autism, Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.  Sign up now!

Concerts in the Sturges Park - Thursday, August 28, is the final concert of the 2008 summer season.  The concert starts at 7 pm at the bandshell. To see a concert schedule click here.

Buffalo Farmers Market Is Open Now through October The market is located in the parking lot across from Buffalo Cinema - the hours are 8 a.m. to noon, rain or shine, each Saturday morning through October.  For information, call Jim Lee at 320-558-2296.

Commuter Bus Service
The Clinic Cab Company is now offering commuter bus service from Buffalo/Rockford to Minneapolis along the Hwy. 55 corridor is available starting on September 5, 2006. Two inbound and two outbound routes are available Monday through Friday; seats must be reserved. Please phone Mary at (763) 235-2205 for further information.
